A lawyer friend of mine pointed out that the city wants people that don’t have attorney’s to uilize the amnesty… Is the state asking for people not to have representation? Seems odd!

From STLToday.com ST. LOUIS — People with outstanding violations in St. Louis city court can settle their tickets without risking arrest or further penalty at an “amnesty” day today.

The amnesty covers only municipal violations, such as traffic citations and other minor infractions, issued by the city court. Parking tickets are not covered. Offenders will be able to satisfy outstanding warrants, pay down cases or get a new court date.
