I want to congratualte Rachel Storch (D-St. Louis | District 64 | Elected to the House in 2004) on her Legislature of the Year award that was given by the St. Louis Business Journal.
The article is below

Since her election into the House four years ago, Rep. Rachel Storch has been turning heads. Dubbed a “rising star” in the Missouri Democratic Party, Storch has already been named to leadership roles within her party’s caucus and picked to head the House Democratic Campaign Committee.
“She works tirelessly on the issues she really cares about and really delves into issues to educate herself,” said Amy Blouin, executive director of the Missouri Budget Project. “She works without exhaustion it seems.”
She helped line up votes for the telecom bill (House Bill 1779). Approaching the November elections, Storch will not only be campaigning for her own reelection, but she will be campaigning for fellow Democrats across the state to try to gain the 11 seats needed to capture the majority in the House.
